In response to many requests from around the world we are now giving people the opportunity to submit Virtual Papers. The Virtual Paper option allows you the chance to share your work in the area even though you cannot attend this year’s ICDE World Conference in person. We have decided to add the Virtual Paper option to the conference programme to be more inclusive, support those who have been unable to secure funding to travel to Dublin and to truly “walk the talk” of online learning. Virtual Papers will be included in the conference programme with the same status and validity as other paper categories and include the option of both a short slide deck (maximum of 15 slides) and 5 minute video. These presentation resources will be available to delegates via the conference app and/or Youtube channel. There will also be an opportunity to interact asynchronously during the conference to discuss your paper and respond to questions from delegates via the app and related social media. Your abstract must be submitted by Friday 23rd August and to be included in the Final Programme, accepted Virtual Papers must register and submit their PPT or PPTX (without audio or video) presentation file and separate 5 minute video (optional) by Monday 30th September.
Abstract deadline: Monday 2nd September
Presentation file deadline: Monday 30th September
Registration deadline: Monday 30th September
