The National Institute for Digital Learning (NIDL) at Dublin City University (DCU) is pleased to announce that as part of our commitment to the conference theme of “Transforming Lives and Societies” we are funding five “Learning Transformation Scholarships”. The Scholarships aim to help support Doctoral Candidates and/or delegates from Developing Countries to contribute to this year’s ICDE World Conference on Online Learning. They offer the following benefits:

  • 50% reduction on the Standard Registration Fee
  • 100% reduction on the Pre-conference Workshop Fee
  • 100% reduction on the Doctoral Research Symposium Fee
  • Support Towards Accommodation Costs

Selection Criteria

The successful scholarship recipients will be selected based on the following criteria:

  • Currently a doctoral student and/or
  • Currently residing in a developing Country
  • Must have submitted a paper for the ICDE World Conference
  • Level of alignment of paper submission with conference theme(s)
  • Overall quality of paper submission for the ICDE World Conference
  • Clear evidence of benefits arising from participation in World Conference
